Add a reason for edit field.
When an administrator changes the employee’s time, the employee should receive a reason for the change.

Administrators can make a change to the summary of the time entry.

Proposed phases
Considering the feature request is based on compliance, we need to integrate the reason for editing fields as soon as possible. A secondary phase was planned so that we could overhaul the edit time experience.
